Residential Suites Blue Springs by Hotel O I 70

Disgusting dirty floor. Our two cats stayed with us. They stepped in water and walked in the bathtub and the floor was so dirty they left paw prints all over. I wiped some water off the floor with a paper towel and disgusting! Filthy! I used the bath mat and when I got out of the shower it soaked up the dirt from the floor. The remote to the tv didn’t work. Have to turn it on manually. Very sketchy. I didn’t feel safe there.

This was by far the worst hotel I've ever stayed in. When checking in, it took forever for a staff member to assist me. When they finally showed up, she seemed disoriented, confused and careless. When getting to the room everything was dirty,... Floors, sinks bathroom and surfaces were dirty. The water pressure in the sink was terribly low and I had no toilet paper in the bathroom. After letting the lady at the counter know, she sent a maintenance guy that told me that I was lucky to even have water at all, and that some rooms had no water pressure. There were crumbs in the bed and the towels had spots all over them. Even the hallways had trash and furniture in them. Checking out was even worse, I kept ringing the lobby Bell and finally a gentleman showed up all disoriented confused and lo

It was exceptionally awful. Various bugs (cockroaches), unfinished walls and floors, broken security locks, broken toilet. I don’t believe these rooms should be at an 70-80 dollars price point. It’s more like $50 accommodations. Had issue with initial room, door key didn’t work at all even with the master override which is concerning, so was placed in a different room. This change wasn’t tracked correctly so had issues with the office on which room to refund. Yeah it’s up there as one of my worst experiences. Note: This is also called Americas best Value Inn?? But the google location is wrong? All around it was not a pleasant stay. One positive is there was room for few 50’ trailers.

I am sorry but this deserves a 0 stars this is the 4th time I am trying to find a reasonable place and even just calling is a hard job to do whoever reads this or OYO owner… you are loosing business! the “operators” who are also foreign are giving your brand a bad name horrible customer service I will certainly not even waste my time booking ANYTHING with OYO, god granted me the energy to even write this review because I do not see anyone speaking on it! If you see this if you see this and the operator says OYO…look elsewhere!

When I received a contact high just by getting out of my car that should have been a clue. When I got to the room, I could smell heavy smoke coming from the room next to me. My room was right next to the garbage, so it's stunk, and when I opened the door it smelled like ashtray. I was quickly refunded my money though.
