Residence Inn by Marriott St. Louis Airport/Earth City

This hotel was great as were the people that work here. Clean and beds comfortable. Coffee in rooms is not great but thankfully they had brewed coffee in lobby which was much better. Decent breakfast. Rooms very quiet. Someone had music playing quite loud but we didn't hear it in room. Staff very nice and helpful. Would stay again.

The service here I think was the best part about me and my families stay here. The front desk people were so nice day and night. The breakfast ladies were so nice, when they seen our children they brought them out kid friendly cereal they loved. They acknowledged every people who came down for breakfast and made us all feel comfortable to be here. Thank you guys for the great experience.

Despite the low price the room had a surprisingly extra clean feel to it. I've been in hotels costing twice as much, yet find hair in the towels or in the shower, stains of whatever...etc. The decor was nice for a residence type accommodation. It had a very modern look to it.. The bed and pillows were very comfortable! The TV was good size and swiveled. If are traveling with kids or another and they plain to use couch sleeper there is only one TV. I'd definitely stay there again.

My apologies but the Tall skinny Lady with very short hair and Matthew very professional great customer service, everyone else sucks!!! Hotel keys 95% of the time they do not work, breakfast sucks, No pool and a lot of mosquitoes. Ohhh and the coffee is the worst and its always cold.

By far, this is the absolute worst hotel I've ever stayed at in my life. When I arrived, the property looked way more run down and old than in the pictures, and the front lobby area absolutely reeked of must and cheap air fresheners. The staff was not friendly and seemed quite apathetic about literally everything going on. Once I got into the rickety elevators which smelled of severe BO and made my way to my room, I found a dirty dated room where most everything was wore out and in need of replacement. Couch sagged, lights didn't work, TV was mysteriously unplugged, and the noisy bathroom fan sounded like it was ready for takeoff. The worst problem of all was the BED BUGS FOUND! I SPOTTED OVER 10 BED BUGS in the corner of the bed skirt under the box spring after spending one night, and I h
