Residence Inn by Marriott Richmond West/Midlothian

Stayed here for 2 weeks… and the staff were fabulous! We had a couple of issues with our room but the staff took care of them immediately! Beds were surprisingly comfortable. Fitness area was clean. Laundry room was excellent as we needed to do laundry half way through our trip. Room was also very functional! Great little kitchen to prepare food and snacks. Highly recommend for long stays.

We just stayed at this hotel for two weekends in a row, for a family event in the area. It is our favorite Richmond hotel! It's close by great restaurants and stores and we just loved the full size refrigerator in the room. The hotel seemed new. It was quiet and the staff was friendly. I could go on about the things I loved about this place, including the location in a quiet area, directly across the street from a hospital and less than a minute from Midlothian Tnpk. Our family enjoyed morning breakfast and the spacious area with a modern design. We enjoyed the family and the wonderful hotel that was recommended. You made our event even more enjoyable, because your staff was absolutely fantastic! Special thanks to Mr. Larry!

Definitely a hotel I would stay at again. The rooms were clean and quiet. We were at the end of the hall on the 4th floor. Breakfast was just okay to be honest. Located across the street from a hospital, but we never heard one siren the entire time we were here. Deborah Winans, the woman who checked us in, was great! Very nice and helped get us into a quiet room.

This has got to be one of the most wonderful hotels that I've ever stayed at (and between marching band, college trips, vacating, etc, I've been to PLENTY). These fine women and men are not staff, they are family! They're so warm, loving and caring The rooms are absolutely beautiful, such a perfect layout! I'm horrible with names, so i don't remember, but the cleaning crew lady that I've been interacting with since day one is just so amazing! She so funny reliable, helpful and beyond special! The breakfast? Oh my goodness DELICIOUS! The staff lady that mans the morning breakfast is so sweet and adorable that she's more of grandmother aura than anything, so sweet! Maria, the front desk lady, is so kind and caring, i just love to see her smiling face when i walk through the door. The entire

New, modern, nice clean hotel. Attractive lobby and some good breakfast options. However, during our visit we had two broken lights and a broken usb port in our room. I overheard another guest asking about a broken light. The pool was closed and both elevators were out of service for part of our stay. It's a nice place but they need to keep on top of repairs.
