Regina was incredibly accommodating. The 2 bedroom suite was very spacious, more than enough space for our family of four. The bathrooms were modern and tastefully decorated. The kitchen was the perfect size with the necessities for staying away from home. The pool was clean and warm. Thank you so much to Regina for treating us so well from the second we walked in the door. The location is perfect, right next to a busy plaza filled with many food choices, grocery store, shopping and the movie theater. The hotel is very well maintained and smells clean. We stayed at the Residence Inn Providence Lincoln last weekend for my daughter's wedding, we had 31 rooms blocked for it. I cannot say enough about how wonderful our stay was! Nick - the Sales Manager was so easy to work with, extremely accommodating, and so helpful through the process. Jamie, Carmen and staff were so kind and helpful to all the guests. The rooms were beautiful and immaculate! Everyone loved having the efficiency and extra room in their studio suites! And finally, we were able to all gather in the beautiful lobby area and outside patio with family after our rehearsal dinner and wedding. It was so special and helped to make the whole weekend unforgettable! Thank you so much Nick and team - I so appreciate you!

Rooms inside were much larger and nicer than I expected. This hotel appears to either have been recently renovated, newly built, and/or mostly well maintained. The room would have been perfect except for the fact the heat pump was super loud! When I entered the room the thermostat was set to “cool” which I thought was odd. I switched it to heat and that’s when the noises started. Just enough to be annoying but it still did heat the room after a while. It could also be that the temperature outside is bitterly cold. Lobby is comfortable, spacious, and clean. Breakfast is supposed to start at 7AM - as someone who normally eats around 5/5:30, I was trying to wait patiently. Breakfast started almost at 7:10. While the staff provided excellent service and the room was spacious, the hotel's maintenance requires attention. The showerhead in the handicap-accessible room was loose and repeatedly fell, posing a safety concern. The drapes did not effectively block out light, necessitating the use of an ironing board to keep them closed, and I observed stains on both the drapes and the floor. Furthermore, the noise levels were excessive, with constant sounds of dogs and footsteps audible throughout the night and early morning, indicating a lack of adequate soundproofing. The breakfast offerings remained identical on both days of my stay. Due to the significant soundproofing issues and the unauthorized alteration of my room rate, I would not consider staying at this property again. The place is right n

I was in town visiting family that are staying here. I would like to give a huge thank you to the girl at the front desk Ashley she helped my mother and daughter with their TV issues to finding them the perfect dining for dinner. Got fresh coffee for us. 5 stars for excellent customer service
