Residence Inn by Marriott Ocean Township

After a long trip from Boston to North Carolina. Niya was amazing. Great personality and very professional. Give this lady a raise! Whenever I am back in town this will be my spot of choice due to her amazing service! Room was very clean and relaxing!

The staff was all super kind and welcoming. Sharon was able to answer our questions and help us all check in smoothly after a long day at work. Rooms were very nice and big. Little kitchen. Location is great if you can’t do high season right by the beach for any reason. Only Like 15 mins from the beach towns.

Stayed here for one night over the summer. The location is great. From the outside, it appears to be a nice, new hotel, but attention to detail with cleaning and experience with staff members was less than ideal. Saw 2 leftover items from previous guests. I get that it’s busy and staff are likely being pushed to clean as fast as possible, but then stuff ends up being missed. Given the experience we had when it was approaching checkout time, the irony of them pushing us to get out of the room earlier, so it could be slapdash cleaned? One hour before checkout, a staff member knocks on the door to ask if we needed anything, I told them no thank you. This place is in a great location and feels brand new--everything was clean and well-maintained. There are plenty of shops and restaurants nearby which made the stay even better. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful. As I walked around, employees greeted me warmly and offered assistance, which made the experience feel truly hospitable. The rooms are spacious and come with a full kitchen--perfect for longer stays. There's lots of parking available, and the layout of the property is convenient and easy to navigate. I had a wonderful experience and will definitely stay here again!

So I Am a Titanium Elite member and I have been coming to this hotel for sometime now. There has been times where the room was dirty with crumbs on the floor and shower dirty filthy and brown stains on the bed sheets but I decided to look past those things and continue my stay and not even complain to front desk about it, now the part that has finally got me is that I always do a late check out with them and the same house keeper woman likes to bang on the door like she a police and open the room door and scream inside the room and say hello anyone there knowing I’m scheduled to checkout at later time and I know it’s the same woman because of the voice.
