Residence Inn by Marriott Denver Southwest/Littleton

This was hands down the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. The Residence Inn was absolutely filthy and shockingly unclean from the moment we arrived. The room was dirty, surfaces were not properly cleaned, and the overall condition of the hotel felt neglected and unhygienic. For a property that is supposed to represent quality and comfort, this was completely unacceptable.||What made the experience even worse was the behavior of the manager, who was extremely unprofessional and dismissive. Rather than addressing the concerns or taking accountability, the manager showed a lack of urgency, empathy, and basic customer service. Positive: The bed and pillows were excellent! The shower set up is nice. Negative: It was very noisy. You could here the people above walking around.

IF u enjoy a nice shower don't stay here. They have the water softener turned up to the max. The soap hardly leaves ur body no matter how long u linger. Just stay elsewhere

Stayed on a busy weekend. Room was clean and bed comfortable. Front desk staff very professional.||Have been here before.Here are the negatives:|1. Only 1 elevator worked the entire time and hotel was very busy. Same thing on an earlier stay.|2. Breakfast was a bummer- used to be much better. Now most everything if pre- packaged. Had grapes for the fruit- so good. Coffee gone by 8:30 am lukewarm and only decaf left. Who is supposed to clean up the tables??? We could not find a clean space to sit down and eat!!’ Floors were super dirty as lots of kids…spent about 45 minutes eating and no one came out to clean up!!!|3. This place had gone downhill.

My review is to highlight a specific Employee. @ this hotel's Front Desk by the name of. 'SHEENA' SHEENA is a very professional, follows her word and any and all requests during my extended stay. SHEENA IS ALWAYS ALWAYS ON POINT WITH THE HOTEL'S BILLING TO MY CREDIT CARD. SHEENA CONTINUOUSLY STANDS OUT AS TOP NOTCH AND THERE HAS NEVER BEEN AN ERROR WHEN SHEENA HANDLES MY BILLING AND CHARGES!!! THANK YOU SHEENA FOR MAKING MY STAY SO PLEASANT.
