Residence Inn by Marriott Charleston Mt. Pleasant

Had a fantastic stay at the Residence Inn on Isle of Palms. The property is in a great location on the island, making it easy to get to the beach, restaurants, and everything around Isle of Palms. The rooms are spacious, clean, and thoughtfully designed, and the full kitchen is a great feature if you’re staying for more than a night or two. Everything felt modern and well maintained. What really stood out was the service. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and attentive throughout the entire stay. You can tell the team takes pride in the property and making sure guests have a great experience.

We have stayed here before and was pleasantly surprised by the updating the hotel this past year. It is lovely and so much brighter. The morning breakfast was superb. Our room , a studio, was bright and comfortable. Staff was friendly. Definitely will be back.

Very clean quiet and convenient. Nice hotel. Staff was cool but not rude. If you need a two bedroom the is the place. Two bedrooms each with its own bathroom. Good breakfast too.

We stayed in a two-bedroom suite which I recommend for the extra bathroom. The room was clean and comfortable and it was nice to be able to open a window for fresh air on a cooler night. We enjoyed the pool and the location of the hotel turned out to be very convenient because it is next to a grocery store and shopping center but did not feel that way one you were on the hotel property. The breakfast had a good selection and the eating area was very comfortable. The staff were exceptional. The night manager, Sunny, was professional and friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Although the hotel is a pet friendly hotel, we did not experience any discomfort from our pet allergies which shows that the room was cleaned thoroughly. We will definitely stay again when we return to the Charlesto

I had to get some allergy medicine from the hotel. I had cash and exact change, but the person on duty said it would be easier to charge it to the room. Easier for who? It wasn't convenient for me because the room was under my friends name, not mine. I didn't like that he didn't give me the option to pay with the cash I had. Next time, I won't be so lazy and will just got to the pharmacy.
