Residence Inn by Marriott Boston Watertown

This hotel is right next to Target. It makes it convenient to grab anything you may need. I love the convenience of having everything to cook and store food in the room. It is great if you have kids. The rooms have some wear and tear, but I think that is normal from people staying in them.

We had an enjoyable stay at this well-maintained and operated hotel. Room was comfortable, clean and well-stocked. Nice breakfast selection. Convenient location. Will definitely stay again.

Good property in convenient locations with easily accessible restaurants and shopping. Front desk service is very weak depending on the persons at the front desk. Zero points on welcoming guests, and seems they are oblivious to their existence in the hospitality. Rooms not ready at check-in time and zero recognition of Marriot Bonvoy status in terms of welcome, upgrade, or any other expression of thank you or have a nice stay.

Positive: "" Negative: There was only one working elevator. We paid more for a suite with a kitchen, but I learned that the other rooms had the same kitchen. And we had no oven and no toaster oven so we had no way to heat up several meals we brought. Parking too expensive.

I was on a research trip and this was a cheaper place to stay than Cambridge. Huge room, very comfortable with big sofa and desk. Nice kitchen and Roche Brothers opposite was a convenient and excellent store for all my food needs. There are also restaurants in the mall. Would stay again.
