Residence Inn by Marriott Bath Brunswick Area

We spent 3 weeks. The room was clean upon arrival and the staff did a great job cleaning it during our stay. All the staff are very friendly and helpful. The kitchen has all the basic necessities for preparing mesls. Best of all it was dog friendly so we were able to have are dog with us. We would definitely stay again.

Positive: Nice breakfast, beautiful pool, friendly staff. Well appointed room on the first floor. Negative: The WORST sofa couch EVER!!! Not a very comfortable room. The bed is a king, but because we requested a handicapped room, neither the walker or the wheelchair fit next to the bed. Id write more, but the website wont let me.

Joan at the front desk did a great job helping us through some challenges with the Bonvoy app when making our reservation. This hotel is impeccably clean and very comfortable. Just what we needed at the end of a long day on the road. We were able to use the laundry that had plenty of machines and our dog was welcome at the facility. Bath is a lovely town with an awesome dog park that our pup loved. Smash like and follow if you found this review helpful.

Marriott has always been my first choice for a hotel brand during previous business travels and personal vacations, but this recent stay has changed my mind about the direction they are going in with their newer hotels. Recently stayed at the Residence Inn in Bath, ME and it was not a pleasant experience. Not the fault of the employees, but poor construction.||PROS:|Convenient location|Friendly staff|Okay sized room that still has a good kitchen|Great shower||CONS:|Noise. This is what ruined the entire trip. You go to a hotel for one reason - to get a good night of sleep. This one failed at its core reason for being. Wow! Our “USS Arleigh Burke” room is incredible, the continental breakfast is the best we’ve ever had, and I can’t say enough about the friendly staff. My kids had a blast in the pool and this place is just a short drive away from all the best restaurants in Bath and Brunswick. We will be back!
