The staff here is incredible. They treated me so well. From the hug I received when checking on (because Nathalie knew I needed it with no context) to Nick and Hailey taking exceptional care of my room every day to James and Kelsey going above and beyond for me with my requests from the front desk during my stay- I thank everyone for their natural support and ownership of customer service. The room is perfectly renovated with a large desk, comfortable couch and bed. It was nice to get to a grocery store and set myself up with lunch and dinner options to save on spending. The full breakfast had variety and was always well stocked from a friendly face. I will be back !

Top notch customer service by everyone!!! After a very long day of travel I was over the moon happy with my choice to stay here. I'll be honest I pay attention to things and just like most I expect good customer service. This hotel doesn't have good customer service, it's EXCEPTIONAL!! The rooms are clean and comfortable. I loved the complimentary breakfast. Lots of option. Even my picky boys were satisfied and trust me thats a hard thing to do. I love the little kitchen that is stocked with everything you need. The hotel is quiet and easy to get to and easy to get back onto the highway to continue our drive. The bed is very comfortable and I got a much need great night of sleep. I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The rooms are very spacious and clean, and my apartment included a fully equipped kitchen, which was very convenient. The reception and overall service were super friendly and helpful throughout my stay. Due to a flight delay, my colleagues and I arrived one day later than planned, and the hotel kindly waived the charge for the first night, which we really appreciated. Unlike many standard hotel chains in the US, this hotel feels more individual and personally managed, creating a welcoming atmosphere. Breakfast was good by typical American hotel standards. Overall, a great experience — I would gladly stay here again.

Stayed for 3 nights and the hotel was just ok. Plenty of parking and well lit. The staff was friendly. When we checked in we were given a room on the top floor. When we walked in the room, we saw that it was handicapped accessible. Why was this not communicated to me before we schlepped up there? We immediately went back to the front desk and asked for another room. Were then given another room on the first floor which was ok. The next day, we left in the morning and returned at night only to discover that our room wasn't made up. I went to the front desk and they informed me we wouldn't be receiving that service our entire stay, I guess due to covid. Super great hotel! Check-in was easy and James was so welcoming and friendly. We had a minor issue with our room on our second evening and Natalie and James went above and beyond to accommodate us and fix the situation. Natalie even escorted us to our room to help with things and be sure all was situated. She remembered us the following morning when we came down for breakfast, chit-chatted briefly with us and was just so super sweet! Breakfast options were fresh and warm each day. All the staff we encountered during our stay were so kind and friendly. The hotel was clean - we saw elevators getting wiped down multiple times and floors getting mopped.
