Renzzi Wynwood Apartments

I’ll give it a 3/5! Check -in is not the most pleasant( it requires a $100 deposit that’s not detailed on site) .Parking is very limited. You have to step out the car every time to go through the gate to put the code in which can get annoying. The apartment is nice but they should have added some additional towels and covers. It would be nice to have a shower mat and shower linen on top of the shower curtain. It just makes things get wet and nasty. Also let’s thoroughly clean, upon arrival there was hair near the toilet area that was not ours. It has great potential and I would love to see room for improvement. It’s a cool option for a couple days and if you have a group of people.

We are currently here. As we are from out of town and on vacation for our honeymoon, everything is out of the norm. So lets start with the interior: moderately clean. VERY accommodating. Wifi, smart tv, couch, 2 rooms, microwave, stove, fridge, kitchen table, etc. Bedrooms do not have tvs (not a deal breaker but shocking lol). For $130ish its VERY nice and roomy. Iron is provided but no iron board? Odd but ok. Lets talk about location...DEFINITELY a bit "sketchy" but again we are not from the area and once settled everything seemed fine. Security cameras are everywhere and doors have special locks although no chain lock for that added Security. Not a busy area. Only a few cars were in the secured gate. Secured gate also provided a little extra Security. I get that these are old apartments

Absolute terrible experience. They sent me the wrong pin code for the entrance gate, and It took me 30+ mins waiting at the gate for them to send me the real codes. And guess what? They also did not send me the room details. I been waiting here for 1+ hours and still no representative has been answering my calls/texts. I do strongly not recommend this terrible place.

Impossible to find. 5 different addresses listed. Rude receptionist. 4pm check in is insane. Save your time and money find an actual business.
