Relax Inn By OYO Natural Bridge I-81

Inexpensive with great service even at 1AM. It is what it is. It's clean, cheap, close to the interstate, and an older building. It's got old school room keys with bolt lock that there is no key hole for. -minifridge -TV -great heating/AC unit

The hotel was in a perfect location for what out plans consisted of. The room was comfortable and it had everything you need. The customer service at check-in was amazing. The beds were comfortable and we felt safe and what made it even better was that our vehicle was literally right outside our door.

The worst hotel I've ever seen. Was told it was non-smoking. This was a lie. The room smelled horrible, definitely had been smoked in. We had to leave and stay elsewhere. Don't stay here!!! 16 pages of papers on the walls about problems with the water supply being unsafe as well.

Stayed here over the weekend as a last minute thing, the front desk was amazing at checking us in and even allowed us a late check out. The housekeeping lady was absolutely amazing. Super friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean to be an older motel. Was definitely worth the price. Thank you to the staff for being so great during our unexpected stay! We will definitely be back again when visiting that area!

Nice motel but very crappy customer service. They did not give me a receipt and since I needed one for my reimbursement I went to the office at 8 am and no one was there. Called the number posted on the window, the call just hung up on me. Also, their price was much higher than their advertised price. I'd suggest you stay away from this place. No Internet, crappy rooms, no service.
