Reid Ranch

Such a beautiful place! I went there for church youth conference and had a blast! We stayed at the Tabby Mountain Lodge, which was very cozy and close to the dining hall, where I thought the food was good. The activities were great and the staff were amazing. Overall, it was a great time here; I would love to come again sometime.

This is the perfect spot for a youth camp. Don't think of it as a step down from a hotel. Its more of a step up from camping. The food was great (accommodated gluten free). The wrangles were so nice! Be nice to their horses and they will take you to some amazing places! If you are up for a short, steep hike, go to Sunrise Ridge. The view was amazing! 🤩 Just be ready to be active. Between the lake, pool, archery, mountain biking, horse shoes, 9 square, soccer, ropes course, there is something for everyone!!!

We spent a few days up at Reid’s Ranch for Girls camp last week and for the most part, everything was great. One thing we weren’t expecting was the tent city site wasn’t the green grassy area they have pictured. It was just dirt. It made for a very dirty and dusty stay. Also, our tents weren’t swept out when we got there so we had to do that before we could set up. But the staff were all great. The bathrooms were actually nice and kept very clean. The activities were fun. A few things could definitely use some updating but overall, we enjoyed most of what they had to offer. The food was ok. But not having to cook for ourselves was amazing!

I am the camp director for our ward’s girls camp summer of 2024. Reid Ranch was okay but overall we felt that for the amount of money we spent, we expected a higher quality stay. We wouldn’t come again. The positives: -Our girls loved the activities; especially horseback riding, biking, lake time, and the ropes course. The mini golf was quite run down and home made but was still fun. -The Reid Ranch employees were all professional, fun and helpful. Everyone seemed happy to assist and were very kind. -Girls camp was so easy to plan because Reid Ranch took care of everything! So many activities, food, tents provided, etc. A camp director’s dream! -Beautiful scenery. The lake, mountains, sunsets, etc were pretty and peaceful. The negatives: -Food was pretty awful. We didn’t have high expect

It is a well run camp. The kids loved the activities. The downside is there isn't a lot of shade as the trees in camp were all cleared.
