Regency Miami Airport by Sonesta

I had a great stay at this hotel, breakfast was very complete, with delicious waffles and syrup, and the food quality overall was very good. I also received excellent service at the bar the staff were friendly and attentive. The front desk team was very kind and welcoming, and the hotel itself was clean and well organized. The airport shuttle is a huge plus and very convenient for travelers. The rooms could be a bit cozier, but they were comfortable overall. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Overall I had a good stay. I got a great price for the night I visited, usually I stay at the sister property (Sonesta). The room overall was pretty clean, the bed was very comfortable but there was a small stain on the side of my bedding. The front desk was kind, I asked for a slightly later checkout 12:30 and they were able to accommodate me. The shuttle service from the airport is slow and the gym is underwhelming. There is no microwave but they have a restaurant on property, there’s also no shortage of restaurants you can walk to. The pool looked clean & pristine but it was too cold to use. There is an amenity fee but I’m not sure why.

We had to stay additional night in Miami due to flight cancellation. The receptionist was very friendly and helpful and got us a room quickly. Overall it's very clean and I think it's under renovation as i see areas that been painted recently. Room was spacious with a large screen tv, coffee maker, fridge and ironing board. Safe was old but functional. Bed was comfortable. The room felt little odd though as it's spacious but lacked furniture. Lot of empty spaces where a chair or sofas could be utilized.

Positive: Location was great for staying near the airport. The shared areas all super clean, staff all very friendly and professional. Beds very comfortable. Negative: Not a dislike just never got hot water in our room. For the price paid we would stay again and recommend. If your use to resorts or more upscale hotels maybe pay the extra and stay someplace else.

I had a really pleasant stay at Hotel Regency. The location is very convenient, especially if you need to be close to the airport, which makes traveling much easier when you have early flights or arrive late. The breakfast was great is complete with a good variety of options to start the day. I also appreciated how clean and well maintained the hotel was. Overall, a comfortable and practical place to stay.
