Zero stars if I could. Avoid this scam of a place. I had my wedding at enchanted acres and booked this place for 2 nights to prepare for the upcoming wedding. I booked this as a book now pay later. Once I got to the property I was asked if they were charging the card on file or a different form of payment. I paid with another card, I received a receipt from them showing the room was paid for a couple nights with that card. The next day I got a notice my other card I had on file was also charged. After back and forth with them for over a week to have them refund the second card, they claimed they would refund the second charge but actually charged the card again. I have sent them back the receipt showing the other card paid for the room, I sent them the bank statement from the first card sh

Have stayed here multiple times and in different room styles. The king rooms are very nice and cozy. Fully updated and offer privacy with a separate room for the bathroom/sink area. The other room I have rented is the king suite which offers a living room set up and is equally as nice and cozy as the regular king rooms. The hotel staff are very helpful and friendly. It's location is convenient to many restaurants. The overall area is quiet and relaxing.

Room appeared to be clean. For a low cost quick overnight we were pleased . Then we got into bed and it was infested with BED BUGS. Manager did quickly move us to a different room. However, no refund was offered.

The stay was very relaxing and I enjoyed it. I will definitely be back.

The rooms is good, it was clean and comfortable while also being less expensive than other options. The staff was very friendly and helpful, he helped me get into my room even though I didnt check in until midnight.
