Red Roof Inn & Suites Newburgh – Stewart Airport/ West Point

My husband, and I, along with our dog, stay here quite often, and have never been disappointed. The staff is absolutely amazing. They are super friendly, kind, welcoming, so, so helpful, truly going out of their way to make you feel at home. Always smiling, polite, professional, and respectful. Especially wonderful with my dog. And that, is everything! Housekeeping....The ladies do an unbelievable job! The rooms are clean and well kept. The fridge and microwave are spotless as well. They are also very nice, greeting you with a smile and a hello. All in all we are very pleased every time we stay. It says a lot about the staff when they remember you. To not be just another guest or number or dollar. And that, that, makes all the difference.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, making it easy to relax and enjoy my stay. The location was convenient and close to everything I needed, and the amenities exceeded my expectations. We didn’t expect much from the Red Roof, other than a low price and proximity to chargers for our EV. Were we wrong! It’s simple, yes, but clean, well-maintained, well appointed (!) - bathtub, microwave, fridge, even a (very simple) breakfast. And friendly competent staff! ||At other RR’s we’ve stayed at we encountered sketchy people, poor maintenance, security problems. Maybe you have too. So just know that this one is different, in a good way!

The hotel managers work hard to make sure you have a valued experience and are prompt when addressing any concerns. They truly value your business and you’re not just a dollar sign. They work hard to show you that they care. Good leadership and Very friendly. Fast check in process at front desk and they do their best to accommodate to any special requests and needs. They also have an elevator and luggage cart and laundry room. Compared to other hotels in the area, this is one of the cleanest hotels and you don’t find drama here amongst guests. The cleaning staff are excellent. I never saw any bed bugs like you see in other hotels in the area and my room is always clean. New towels and bedding. Very comfortable beds and good lake views. The front desk staff are good at accommodating to you
