Red Roof Inn & Suites Bloomsburg – Mifflinville

I stayed at this property again and was really impressed with the renovations. They’ve done an excellent job transforming the entire place it feels brand new! They mentioned that breakfast service and a fitness room will be available soon which will make the stay even better. I’m glad i was able to take some pictures to capture the updates. Looking forward to staying here again!

God awefule attitudes. They told me what they were goin to do didn't bother to ask.. I cancelled reservation while at front desk, the audacity to tell me there goin to charge my card not just authorize for 100$ and they will refund it if they decide if room was up to par, which means they can say whatever and charges valid. By redroof mifflinburg. I won't let the door hit me on way out. Ugh

Starting with the shower head that was attached to the pipe with duct tape, the musty smell, the shelves that were loosely attached to the wall, the air conditioner that sounded like a kid with their first drum kit; this was not a good experience. Needs some basic maintenance.

Positive: Nice new remodeled room, very good hotel manager checking in the next morning, road noise from I-80, but overall quiet atmosphere and well run. No carpet in pet friendly hotel rooms is great. Negative: Hotel is being remodeled Dec 2026, might be better in a month or so when that is completed.

I have been staying here off and on for the last four years. Last night there was an issue with my credit card, but the woman at the front desk is familiar with me so I was able to clarify it once upon my arrival, she deserves 5 stars! 😀 So my check-in process was smooth, & wuick as it was busy. However, during my stay there was some kind of beetle in my bed last night which was killed & flushed away. This morning I found another one on my wall which I was able to capture. Upon going to my front desk, I had it in the cup and the man checking us out asked what is this and I said I don’t know. He says oh they just come over from the golf course.
