Red Roof Inn San Dimas - Fairplex

We made a reservation for 3 nights. Very good price. Then we extended it for another day. Then another and another. Sabrina in the office was very helpful in just extending our initial reservation. There used to be what seemed like a lot of "night activity" here but not any more. The hotel is mostly quiet except for an occasional kid having too good if a time at the pool! Kids will be kids. Make sure you keep bed linens clean as they thoroughly check for any stains before returning your deposit! Overall a great mini vacation.

Well I arrived at this location here in San Dimas on February 26 ,upon arriving I got to the location a bit early and surprisingly I was able to check in. I spoke with Bryan at the front desk and he was very helpful in getting me into a room even though I was early.He spoke with one of the housekeepers staff Patty, and she was able to accommodate a room for me. Upon entering my room I was very impressed and pleased with how clean the room was.So I would like to say Bryan and the other front desk staff and your housekeeping staff should be commended on their excellent work ethic and professionalism they reciprocate to your guests, Sincerely, Lynn Merrill

Positive: Parking is convenient in relation to room location Negative: The rooms aren't clean. I had to actually clean the tub and sink myself because it was obvious they hadn't been cleaned in a long time

We have stayed here 2-3 times a month for about a year now. It started off fantastic but went downhill fast. Mainly due to: -Mismanagement of points -Not providing quarters for the laundry room anymore -Increase in maintenance issues -complete neglect from upper management After spending thousands, I do not believe they appreciate us as regulars so it’s time to find a new weekly spot!
