Decent if you plan to stay up to a few weeks. VERY good location if you are working at TVA Colbert. Clearly ran by a local family, which is both a pro and a con. Room smelled like feet because of the AC. Ice machine stayed broken for the entire duration of 10 days ish I stayed here. Some of the towels and sheets smelled bad, had weird streaks, or someone else's pubic hair, which made me feel gross about clean towels and sheets too. Microwave in my room had a big burnt spot and wouldn't rotate the plate so I had to manually flip around the food container once in a while. Breakfast is free but not great. Some of the reviews that I read regarding this property seem underrated from my experience. For a budget hotel my room was more than expected. Clean, with modern updating. An exceptional value when compared to local competitors. I would stay again...

I had come during the trail of tears event. It was extremely packed at the hotel but then too the staff maintained an extreme professionalism in taking care of customers. When I approached the lobby area there were 5 people in waiting before me and 2 front desk people I got my number within 5 minutes. Besides this even though the hotel was busy I had a quiet night stay. There were few plus points such as clean rooms, bed was comfortable, towels were also clean, and for breakfast they has scrambled eggs and biscuit and gravy which was pretty good. Overall I would say it was a pleasant stay.

The staff, at checkin, was very helpful and professional. The room was clean and quiet for a good night of sleep. Upon checkout the man checked our room and gave us the deposit back. He was very professional and kind.
