Red Roof Inn Madisonville

Red Roof in Madisonville is a value priced, clean modest motel with friendly accommodating staff. Great place to stay if you have pets and need extra parking for a trailer. We work it into our trips to Houston when picking up auction items at Ritchie Bros.

Made reservations with trip.for one day. and got to motel and reservations where for the next I asked trip if the could change the dates and try told me that they have to have managers approval from the motel.. it took over 12 hrs and cause my family and I to sleep in our vehicles the manager at this motel is shady and very rude he didn't want to change the reservation and tried to get me to double pay for one nightThe rooms has roaches and crickets in them and the floors where nasty (looked like the haven't been mopped in months)I won't be back at this motel and I won't recommend this hotel to anybody..The employees and the manger at this hotel will treat you like crap and automatically assume the worse about you.. and they have hidden fees they will not tell you about up front

Very unsafe, makeshift chains and bolts on doors, a lot of people live here. My non smoking room reeked of marijuana smoke. Absolutely no amenities. Dirty, rundown rooms. We didn't even want to use the shower. We only got 2 tiny towels and 2 tiny pillows for each bed. I was absolutely shocked that this is a Red Roof Inn. The pool has been cemented in. No breakfast.

The room was well done and beautiful. The only complaint I have is the cockroaches I woke up to. But I let the front desk know when I checked out and he said they would take care of it. As long as the bugs go away I will stay there again.

Our room had no heat or microwave. After contacting office about the situation, they contacted the numbers on my account to verify they were mine before giving me a small floor heater. The owners dont care that we had no microwave even after we told them we had food to heat up. We froze all night.
