Red Roof Inn Georgetown, IN – Louisville West

Roaches. They put my sister and I in a room that was grungy and sticky all over. Then a roach crawled out. We tried to get another room asap, it was 1:30 in the morning and my sis and I were dead on our feet. The guy at the front tried to put us 3 doors down. I said no. Grudgingly we got a room on a different floor, across the hall and 3 down. It was the same exact style of room and hadn't seemed to be available when he tried to room us 3 doors down. That 3rd room was clean, not sticky, not a single roach in sight (2nd floor room number in the teens). The first room was 317, if I remember right. No compensation was offered. Our stay was on February 7, 2026

Got email claiming breakfast was suspended due to Covid. It’s six years past Covid. Why would you still claim breakfast is suspended because of Covid? Book this hotel expecting breakfast.. it’s 2026. A hotel should not be using Covid as an excuse to not have breakfast. $100 for a hotel that I thought would have breakfast if I would’ve known I would’ve booked another hotel.

Less than $75 for a large, clean room with a coffee maker, fridge, and microwave. Our bed was just OK but still plenty good for a night. Sheets, etc were clean and fresh.|We didn't need anything other than a place to relax for a few hours and get a good night's sleep. We knew when we booked there would be no breakfast but the little coffee machine in the lobby was a nice touch. |Everything we needed in a basic, no-frills motel.

We stayed here on 11/30/25. Our stay here was one of the best. Location was very clean inside and out. Rooms, halls lobby, all of it. Rooms were really nice, large bathrooms, Rooms were equipped with mini fridge, microwave, large screen TV, coffee pot, ironing board and Iron. Bed was very comfy. Slept like a baby. The hotel has pet walks all around the hotel and they are supplied with bag/trash station for your pets needs. A very nice addition for those of us traveling with our pets. The staff were extremely accommodating. Everyone from the front desk to the house keepers asked if our stay was nice as we were leaving. Made sure we had a great stay. Even asked if they could do anything to improve their business to make it better for their customers. Very impressed. We will definitel

Positive: Very clean Negative: One desk chair and a bed. Needed a chair to sit on and relax. The computer chair it did have wasn't very comfortable. This place was one piece of furniture away from me giving a 10.
