Red Roof Inn Detroit Metro Airport - Taylor

I am happy to say that the Red roof in Taylor is great , the location, right of of I-75 and Eureka. "superb". Most of the rooms are very nice and clean . I did come across one room there that the bathroom door nob was busted off due to damage of the door. Red roof inn in Taylor has a great place for pets to do there thing on the hill in back , but I was a little disgusted in the way some people just let there dogs do there business right outside the room door . It's really gross to see piles off poop when you open the door to your room,even on the sidewalks.

I typically don't have issues when staying at hotels, but I encountered a couple of problems during my recent visit. The room itself was fantastic, but when we checked the bathroom, it was clear that the housekeeping staff didn't do a thorough job. They left clothing from the previous guest behind the door, which was disappointing. Additionally, when I spilled a drink on the floor and used one of their towels to clean it up, I was surprised to find they charged $20 for those low-quality towels. Overall, I expected a higher standard of cleanliness and service. You have to contend with the rowdy kids playing outside the hotel, and it’s a constant concern whether their soccer ball will hit your car. Privacy feels non-existent when the children are around. Seriously, where are the parents?

Positive: I didn?t like nothing about this hotel they have bedbugs and the staff is very, very rude and very disrespectful. I would never return to another red roof in my life. Negative: Yes, I didn?t like anything about this hotels. Staff was very disrespectful. Very rude. I would fire every person that works at this hotel.

I had the privilege to be a living person at this franchise going on 3 years. I have came to enjoy some of the staff and even the guest. The particular staff front desk Brandy she is amazing woman. She is down to earth and makes you feel comfortable. The new cleaning people they have there i personally feel should be properly trained on how to do things... but as I said I thank you Red Roof for allowing my family feel at Home when we were there and thank you.

Was in a terrible situation, alone scared and embarrassed and was overwhelmed by the staff here. Management was nothing less than amazing. Jimmy made me feel welcome and comfortable and was extremely helpful. Front desk and housekeeping were great. Clean nice updated rooms. Great place
