Red Roof Inn Dayton - Moraine/U of Dayton

I stayed in room 202 and had a great experience overall. The front desk girl was very friendly, welcoming, and extremely helpful. Her guidance at the front desk made everything easy and smooth for us. The room was clean and comfortable, and I had a very good night’s sleep. Since we had a long drive ahead, getting proper rest really helped us travel safely. I truly appreciate the excellent service and hospitality.

There was no toilet paper, hand soap, shampoo, or body wash. Only the lotion dispenser seemed to have anything in it. Also so much smaller than advertised. By far the worst hotel experience I've ever had, would not return.

Positive: The desk personnel were nice and did the best they could with what they had to work with. Negative: Large population of unhoused staying on vouchers and many spent all day smoking right outside my room. My room reeked of tobacco and pot smell. No towels in room and my door lock batteries died while I was getting ice.… stranding me from my cat & purse

Our room was newly renovated and very clean. We had a restful sleep and enjoyed a fresh cup of coffee the following morning. Kay Mala was most courteous and made us feel very comfortable.

Back parking lot had been neglected, so there was a solid sheet of ice when we arrived. None of the amenities mentioned on the web site were provided, aside from the ironing board and iron. Also, there was no mention of the $100 refundable deposit on the website. In the end we were so disappointed that we only stayed one night and left as early as possible.
