Perfect location to stay at everything I needed was in the area restaurants in all I felt safe there I didn't have to go far to go get something to eat, metro buses were close to the hotel. Will return in the future. And it was also pet friendly.

Do NOT stay here! They have a bed bug infestation. Plus they have guests with many, many dogs staying here. Plus, the location seems as if it is being used as a halfway house or a place for homeless people. Each time I left the room or was returning to the room, there were shady characters coming and going. And to add to all of the disturbing things that happened during my stay, I have never seen a motel with so many piles of trash sitting around and never being picked up. How hard is it to pick up trash? The room had cracked ceilings, the bathroom had rusty walls and there were roaches. This place needs to be condemned. Shame on this corporation for being so greedy and letting this establishment continue to exist!

Positive: The location and nothing else Negative: It was roach infested, and had bed bugs. We asked for a non-smoking room and the room smelled strongly of cigarettes, weed, and mold. We turned the keys in and found a different hotel the same day we checked in.

The room contained stained bed sheets and towels, and we discovered two roaches—one on the mirror and another on the nightstand. This matter was reported to the front desk; however, the agent showed little concern and advised us to review prior guest reviews before our stay. Although a discounted rate was offered for a future visit, I informed her that there would be no subsequent stay.

The staff and cleaning crew seem alert and suspicious but polite and positively reactive if ever I need anything. I have heard stories about how bad it can get at a number of hotels and , personally. I've always have had a pleasant and professional experience.
