Nice and quiet clean rooms good location good customer service but no breakfast

extremely tired and in need of of renovations, both inside and out. we selected red roof because of its pet policy, which we LOVE! but our room need everything redone, from the throw rugs on the floor, to the caulking, to the cleaning of the TV remote. The outside was worse, zero landscaping, and the pass thru was being used as a smoking lounge, with an old bucket containing sand, and a chair with somebodies tee shirt on it. Lest you think that all RRI are this way, we stayed at one in London Kentucky that was spotlessly clean, the staff was engaged, helpful and friendly. and their breakfast offering was varied. This place just needs to have some money put back into it.

The room was clean, Quiet and the price was right. I stayed in room 1 oh one, and the only issue that I had was the faucet in the sink. It seemed regardless of how I am maneuvered the handle. I always got warmed a hot water. I did ask for a wake up call that was never received, good morning shift person checked and found that the call had been entered, somehow there was just a hiccup in the communication With the computer. Would definitely say there again thank you

It's located in a weird place. Room was ok but it was odd to have the big jacuzzi tub as the place you shower as well and a very very strong bleach odor hit us the minute we opened the door. I have lung conditions so that instantly put me in trouble. They advertise a free hot breakfast- there wasn't even a prepackaged muffin- just so you know! The offering was coffee/juice. That's it. So, if you are like me and look for stays with some kind of breakfast, this one is not for you. They are dog friendly. Overall, would not stay here again.

They will 100% go into your room before check out time if you happen to not be in your room. They start going in the rooms well before 11am when check out time is. Definitely not a secure place. Called corporate about this issue hopefully the resolve it because the owner was one of them in the room making excuse why they did what they did.
