Red Roof Inn Charleston West - Hurricane, WV

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I had a wonderful stay at Red Roof Inn! The room was very clean, comfortable, and well-kept. The staff was welcoming, friendly, and quick to help with anything I needed. The bed was cozy, the bathroom was spotless, and everything worked perfectly. Even though it’s a budget-friendly hotel, the quality and service really impressed me. The location was convenient and safe, making my trip easy and stress-free. Overall, this was one of the best stays I’ve had at a hotel in this price range. I highly recommend Red Roof Inn to anyone looking for comfort, value, and great service. I’ll definitely be staying here again!

In our first room 118, immediately upon inspection we found several baby bed bugs in the bed. We told the lobby after explaining that I’m allergic and they gladly changed our room. That one was clean and had no problems with it. It was nice enough for one night but wouldn’t stay here again.

People ask me why I choose to stay at a motel 35-40 miles from work when I do. The service I get at the Red Roof Inn at the Hurricane location is always the best. I finally had a day off today and I have been really caught up with work, and I left my wallet and drink outside on the railing. I was using the bathroom when someone starting banging on the door. I hurried to see what happened, and I realized she was making sure if that was my wallet - that no one stole it. I don't know what her name was, but it's individuals like this that make it worth the while. I stayed here for 3.5 months last year and it was a great experience then as well. I was traveling from Virginia to Oklahoma by myself with two dogs when my truck broke down on 64. I was able to drive it to this Red Roof and then had it towed to the Ford dealership to be worked on. During the 5 days I was here, Chelsea and everyone at the front desk were so kind and friendly. They went out of their way to make sure I had everything I needed. They even allowed me to put 40lbs of chicken, that I feed raw to my dogs, in their freezer so it wouldn't go bad. My room was updated and clean, but more importantly I felt extremely safe here. There are no homeless people living in the rooms as I so often see at other places nor people hanging around outside the building. There are a lot lot of grassy areas to take the dogs out to walk around as well. I would definitely stay here
