Red Roof Inn Branson

Room needed a good mopping/cleaning upon arrival. Found used kleenex from previous Travellers between bed & night stand (I check things like that). Room needed a TOTAL refresh. There was no iron or blow dryer in the room, had to request them. Also only had 2, larger than hand towels (sad excuses for bath towels) so had to request extras for 2 adults to shower. We were booked in a 'superior' king room & let me just say, it was anything but. Room was very small, stand up shower slightly larger than a phone booth & we won't even talk about the roach we killed (we went immediately & purchased spray to cover the room along with air freshener because of the funky smell). Brandy is amazing. She went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed after we had a traumatizing night and needed an emergency place to stay. The rooms were extremely clean, the bed was very comfortable, the hotel is quiet and peaceful, and the service was fantastic. Everyone here was extremely polite, professional, and kind to us. Perfect location. Close enough to stores and restaurants without the traffic noise. Beds are so comfy, I always sleep like a baby. Staff is so Amazing. They are kind, friendly and they make you feel like family. I recommend this hotel to anyone needing a escape from their daily stresses. Thank you for always having a safe place for me to go.

Terrible! The manager with blue hair was awful. She was on phone everytime we walked through there and by her talk it was not business. I noticed other guests hang out at the front constantly. Room was average at best. Everything just looked dingy. We stayed when Jay was there and man what a downgrade. Sad to see it cause he was great. Hope the owner sees how bad it is soon there cause she is awful
