Red Roof Inn Boston - Southborough/Worcester

You get what you pay for, pretty small room basic amenities. The staff was friendly and always gave the option for me to choose what room I wanted for not additional fee as long as they had the availablity. The biggest problem I had was their bathroom, the ceiling was covered In black mold which I ignored, and then one morning the bathroom floor began releasing water everytime I stepped on it, and the room was on the second floor. The staff was great and helped me change rooms at my earliest convenience, which left me in the back of the hotel facing the woods which was uncomfortable but all they had available. That room reaked of bleach to the point I had to leave the door open for over an hour as the windows don’t open, and all my possessions were in that room. Overall a fine experience

Not one of the better RRIs I've stayed at. Room needed a better cleaning, patches in walls and ceiling, desk chair has never seen a vacuum. Great dog walking areas, had a quiet night, well lit. Room didn't smell and no bugs. OK for a night.

Positive: My wife felt unsafe as there were 5 shady individuals hanging out near the room. Therefore we did not stay at the Red Roof Inn. Negative: We would really appreciate it if you could provide us with a refund. Thank you very much.

I had a great stay at the Red Roof Inn in Southborough. The rooms are comfortable and beautifully maintained, providing a relaxing atmosphere after a long day. The staff is incredibly helpful and friendly, always willing to assist with any needs. I felt safe and well taken care of throughout my stay. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting the area!

Hello, I travel for work and I look forward to coming here even more now because of Raj on the front desk she was great. Happy pleasant to deal with. I hope she is on when I check out and if I return to check me in. Rooms are clean great prices quiet.
