We arrived Friday night late .. April 26, the clerk on the desk was extremely nice and we had a good conversation. We were in a king room, nice but linen was dirty. We were tired and I didn't want to go back to the desk and ask for a different room. When we checked out at 6am the same clerk was still working but I didn't say anything we were leaving anyway.

They lack general maintenance. The room I booked had a couch that was ripped up, an office chair that looked like it was sitting in the sun for 6 years, and covers with cigarette burn holes in them. Could be much better with some effort.
This place is a really good value, its not fancy, but for the money its well worth it. Ive stayed here twice and the rooms have always been clean and no bugs or roches.
Room could have been cleaner. There was hair in the bathroom. The paint was crazy. There was dust and hair on the plug ins. The ac fan barely ran.
