Red Rock Motel

Horrible service! I was there for 2 months, when I first came, they had nothing stocked, no toilet paper, no towels, the only thing that looked nice was the bed. You can tell that the rooms weren’t cleaned properly. The carpets and walls look disgusting. Looks like someone spilled soda or coffee all over the walls. The manager only cleaned when the owners came on Sundays. Cops are always there, too much drama.

Under new ownership and has a new manager. He is working very hard to clean up and make positive changes. Small motel but friendly and helpful to it's customers. 12/2018 And again under new ownership. Really nice Managers were moved to a motel with the old owner. New managers are nice. Incident this Sunday past. We were awoken by someone pounding on the door next door. This was at 11 PM He would not stop pounding and did so for 30 minutes straight. My significant other went out and told him that clearly no one was home. He additionally told the man that he woke us. The man then went down and pounded on the managers door, but they were not in. The place was horrible no good parking and the manger is never there she will have random guys pick up the money to stay there . she also tried to make us pay more money saying there's a deposit when my wife had talk to her face to face and said only $350 and i have the ticket to prove it. We are struggling as is. For her to try and do that.

The rooms are beautiful. Management, Ray & his wife, Lisa, are very helpful, good people. They went above & beyond the call of duty to make sure that I felt at home on their property.

We have been staying here since last May, we have enjoyed our stay. I stay home during the day and have never felt unsafe here. The managers are great and try to help in anyway they can. I recommend it to anyone who needs a place to stay.
