Red Mountain Campground

This campground is perfect for being right on the river. We stayed here for three days and we would drive a couple miles up the road and then float down right to our camp spot. The river is a little low in some spots but if you navigate the shallow areas, it's an awesome floating river! There isn't much shade or trees here but the spots are super spacious and spread out. We cant wait to come back and camp here again.

Our favorite campground to date! The hosts are wonderful, helpful, and kind people. The area is just beautiful, with the river only a few steps away, and there is plenty of room for people and pets to run and play. Lots of fun hiking trails nearby. Two big loops for campers (one first-come first-serve, one for reservations); the hosts were happy to point out the best spots to accommodate our 36-ft fifth-wheel. Clean restrooms with water spigots at each. We all love everything about this place!

nice camp ground. sites are level and room for big rigs. no hook ups but there are outhouses and water taps. lots of shade trees and some green grass. easy access to the river. river was busy with rafting, tubing and fishing. very scenic country side
