Rented a cabin for an ice fishing trip. The place was clean and spacious. Despite check in being at 330 I received a text at 1030 saying my cabin was ready and I could check in at any time. Owners allowed a late check out without any issues or extra cost. Loved staying there

Cheri and staff made our stay an incredible vacation. The king size motel room was exceptional clean. This was our second year staying here. We will be back next year. We were thrilled upon our arrival to see their new addition of a new swimming pool.

Had a private fish house here for 15+ years. Current ownership simply doesn’t care, and doesn’t maintain fish house park, bathrooms. Brian has a long list of excuses and empty promises. Always happy to take your money though. Brian's reply calls for a response to provide the truth. Over a 3-4 year period I approached Brian, James and Chantelle about the dead and dying trees in the east park where my house was. Every time it came up there were excuses and empty promises about when the issue would be resolved. There is a post in the members of red door FB group illustrating just this and two responses from the resort "management" saying the issue was going to be dealt with. James and Chantell have always treated Myself, family and friends are extremely well always taken care of us very friendly communicative and willing to help wherever they can. Just last weekend I had trailer issues on the metal bridge over an ice heave near shore and they immediately got their crew together and did everything they could to help. They even attempted to cross the crack with their track loader and almost dropped it in the drink in attempt to help me fortunately we were able to get it out after many attempts and helped me fix my trailer at the same time. They wouldn’t accept payment and just simply Thanked me for my business. These are the type of people I love to do business with and we absolutely consider them our ‘go to’ resort for Mille Lacs lake! I highly advise them for

We only used their winter ice fishing lake access roads and pressure ridge bridges to get our Ice Castle out on a good ice fishing spot. They are at the north end of Mille Lacs Lake and claim they plow 40-50 miles of lake road ways. The roads are HUGE and WIDE and go forever! There was a ton of vacant space to pick from and didn't have to break out the shovel or bring a plow to get a fishing spot ready.
