Customer Reviews
Positive: The room was amazing and extremely spacious. The beds were very comfortable, everything was very clean, and the shower was incredible. We would have stayed for a week if we could have! Negative: We asked SIX TIMES for a working room key, which we never received. The lady at the front desk refused to move us to a riverside room, though I offered to pay for the upgrade, stating that they were full. Only about half the rooms were occupied.
Amazing experience here! The staff were so kind and accommodating, such excellent service! The room was clean and had a stunning view of the Colorado River. Breakfast was good and the $15/day credit for snacks and breakfast was a great addition. The lobby was just redone and is so beautiful and cozy. Such a neat property with breathtaking views and so much to do. Hot tub was open and very nice! Great to come during the winter- quiet and peaceful :) Highly recommend
I am a lifetime Titanium Marriott Bonvoy Member having stayed more than 1400 nights at Marriott properties. This property is very special. The location is amazing. Sitting on the banks of the Colorado River, about 14 miles beyond Moab. I stayed in a Creekside king room. My check-in experience was amongst the best over the years. Friendly and helpful. I enjoyed dinner at the restaurant, and the service was impeccable I enjoyed an appetizer of hummus with pita bread and vegetables and a wonderful main course of four cheese ravioli with seared shrimp for my protein. The wine selection was a bit “lite” but adequate. After dinner, I enjoyed an old fashioned cocktail at the bar. My server, River, was not very attentive. She made a point of visiting with two couples who were also guests, but did
We arrived at Red Cliff quite early, a couple hours before check-in. I called to ask for an early check-check in and was pleasantly surprised when we were able to and that makes the start of our stay on a great note. We were in cabin # 406 and I loved it! It’s a tri level king with a view of the river and beautiful incredible scenery. There was a patio with a couch and two chairs and to my surprise, they were so comfortable to lounge in. On the lower level it had a dining table with chairs and a couch. Top level is the bedroom area. The tv was huge and the picture was great! Also, on the lower level was a full sink, small refrigerator and a microwave. The bathroom area was kind of tight, but we didn’t care. We were advised when I made reservations that the lobby and restaurant
Along the beautiful Route 128, this equestrian center, hotel & restaurant is just fantastic. My son & his wife and I had only a couple of nights on November 2025, but what a great experience. The rooms are clean and well designed, the restaurant offers good food, copious portions. And the setting is breathtaking. I definitely recommend a stay here.
