Positive: Nothing Negative: It was freezing in the room the bathroom was very nasty and it smells horrible in there the price was too high for a slump like that

Comfortable room and helpful staff. Clean sheets and towels. Hot water and tv worked fine. Would recommend if you visit Lima. Pillows were comfortable and shower was clean. Room came with cups, ice bags, everything you would need to accommodate your stay.

What we did like is the availability of the room and the fact that there were no bugs. However, when walking into the room, you are immediately met with a wall of smoke smell from cigarettes, and you walk into completely deplorable conditions of the room structures and non-working appliances such as lamps, windows, and open lighting with no coverings. The bed sheets were burnt, and the pillowcases had many stains. The remote for the TV was crusted in an unknown matter. The bathroom tub was the cleanest feature in the bathroom itself. I am highly surprised this place hasn't been visited by the health department or condemned for business until brought up to minimal standards. I have pictures if you would like to see them. The toilets barely work, you're standing in your own water when taking a shower, the heater was broken the rooms are garbage. The owner doesn't honor the price when you book on apps, he makes up fees. If you pay cash he charges you more and if you pay with a card he charges more. The Holiday inn is comparable and has 1000% better rooms and customer service.

They're absolutely HORRIBLE! Service is horrible. The man at the front desk kept harassing us about 25 dollars! Twenty five dollars for our one small, sometimes quiet, dog. There's cockroaches EVERYWHERE! In the ice machine, in the beds, in the fridge, in the microwave. They also smell so bad. My family and I had to light an insent to make it smell at least decent. Also there was a housekeeper that harassed my little sister and I while we were on our way out of the building. She kept saying something about pillows.
