Red Carpet Inn Orchard Park, NY

We booked a king-jacuzzi room and we got there they gave us a regular room. Since everything was sold out due to the Bills game we had to choice but to stay. What a night!!! The place is falling apart, the mattress springs are popping, the toilet didn’t flush properly unless you hold the handle, the toilet paper holder felt. And the smell of cheap cologne killed it!! I wouldn’t recommend this place at all. Sorry no pics, we just wanted to get out of there.

We stayed overnight for the Bills game, it’s literally across the road from the stadium. Based on the reviews, we weren’t expecting much, but we were pleasantly surprised upon arrival. The room seemed clean, and everything worked. That said, it’s a motel, so our expectations were fairly low. After checking out, we paid extra to park for the game and ended up witnessing the owner and, presumably, his wife cleaning our room.||To our disbelief, they used the face towel I had used in the bathroom to wipe down surfaces, picked trash out of the garbage barehanded, and then stripped the bed to inspect the sheets. Instead of replacing them, they checked to make sure the sheets weren’t “visibly dirty” before re-making the bed. They never brought in clean sheets or removed the dirty ones. My boyfrie

Terrible terrible terrible the room was filthy garbage under everything and it smelled like sewage. The bedding hadn’t been changed as there was hair all over the pillows. The toilet seat was broken off. There’s mold in the bathrooms. When I brought up the problems to the front desk he denied all problems said he’s the one who cleans the room and he cleans them good and he refused to handle the problems.

So the room was considered a smoking room so the price was $20 less? I spent almost 2 hours cleaning the room with my paper towels and my cleaner. I think they should pay me for being here. If they continue to call it smoking..... mistake! The bathroom has pink crap all over it? But.... I had to clean it to stay here. Prices for rooms in this area are pathetic!
