Red Carpet Inn Indian Head, MD

✍🏿i stayed there for two days and it was the worst decision ever. If you want to take a shower, you will have to do it late at night because there will be no hot water in the morning .The breakfast station only consists of coffee, no food. The water feels like used water from other rooms . I developed a rash on my face from the water alone. The beds creak with every moment and are kinda hard. The heat doesn't work, only the a/c works and it cuts on and off every 5 mins. They have cable but only about 6 channels work out of over 1,000 channels (no disney.channel, nickelodeon, or caryoon Network). The air was so dry that me and my family developed a dry coughand a fever. The only heat they have in the room is from the shower and u would have to take a shower constantly in order to be warm. Y

Don't know wich is worst the heartless hotel or wyndham rewards customer service. Beyond livid is what I am. My family s lease was up in our house and we couldn't find another in time do with no other option we stayed at a hotel. Super 8 in Indian head md to be exact. We chose that over the inn down the street wich are literally the only 2 hotels in this town. Work, our kids schools everything was attached to this little town. We stayed from 01/02/2019-01/25/2019. Expensive to say the least. They do NOT even allow visitors for one not even during regular business hours. There own hotel policy is kids under 18 stay for free and if there is a 4 person occupancy for an extra daily fee you can have a 5th person but They DO NOT honor that AT ALL. A diamond in the rough if you are in the southern maryland area. The rooms are well priced, clean, and above average size! You will lack in amenities.. but you will get a good night’s rest. Additionally, Ms.May is the SWEETEST Inns-keeper in existence🫶🏾. 4/5.

Not the best place to stay at all. Was there for 10 days and the elevator was down the whole time and never saw anyone in to get it running. The rooms were non-smoking but that's all you smell as soon as you walk in the door. And not just cigarette smoke. The neighbors dog would bark until late at night. There were several nights that people were in and out of rooms and yelling in the hall.

Minus the ceiling cracking in my room,the service from the front desk was awesome at check in. Laundry is available 24 hours,I didn't notice breakfast. Good stay so far.
