Red Carpet Inn Garfield Heights OH

Hello. The customer service was okay. They were polite. But we didn't have extra toilet paper. The first room smelled like cigarettes. I wouldn't have put someone in a room where it smelled that strong. I consider that as a lack of consideration, and bad customer service. The second room we received was due to the key not working, thank God. That room smelled fresh. The location's in the heights but the building is dirty. I probably won't ever stay again.

If I could give a zero, I would. Reserved a 2 bed, got there it was one king. They were rude, told me they had the paperwork that’s what I wanted. Dirty, no bathmat, Iced up refrigerator. Never again!!!

Very good hotel for the price

First of all, there is no handicapped access to the office. Then they couldn't locate our room confirmation, even though we paid in advance and gave them the confirmation #. They repeatedly stated we had no room booked. I was in pain because I really had to use the restroom. I asked if there was a restroom I could use and they said no. I have to pay for a room and use that one. I gave them my name again and the confirmation number from Priceline and they found it this time. We get to the room and I dash to the bathroom. As I'm sitting in there thinking to myself this looks like a place serial killers take their victims I realize there's no toilet paper. Nothing in the room. It's completely bare, except for the spiders that were crawling all over the floor and up the wall. I drive down to t

You get what you pay for. The cheap price makes it a 3 star review, but realistically it's a 1 star hotel. It was.... something. Window in the bathroom was broken, the cold water in the sink didn't work, the shower barely trickled out several drops at a time, the toilet took several minutes for the tank to refill so you could flush again (and had a fake 'water efficient ' sticker printed out and stuck to it lol), there was no remote for the TV, and; one of the outlets only worked if we turned on the lights. But hey, the bed was comfy-ish and clean, it was super affordable, the TV had cable with a ton of channels (just had to surf via buttons on the TV), and the area was pretty convenient. I'll shop around for other places next time I'm in Cleveland, but I'd definitely consider coming back
