Red Bell Inn

We booked this stay in November and received information saying there is no check in desk and we would get check in details sent to us the night before. No instructions arrived so when we arrived at 2:30 AM after a cross-country flight and drive from Seattle, we were unable to check in. We then attempted to call and text and had our credit card company do the same and received no answer. It's now been over 2 hours and we will have to change our stay to somewhere else.

The location is good, but loud because of the road. I wanted to like it more, but the bed was not clean, found hairs and a nail in it. It was rather uncomfortable. Like being in town and had good communication from the staff. Check in was good.

Location was a nice quick walk to all the shops. The room was fine and accommodating to our New Year’s Eve celebrations. We will stay here again and we look forward to the 2026 renovations!

It was just a good clean room with an excellent location near Front. Strange arrangement, as it's located on top of commercial properties, with no signage whatsoever. Great lodging at a great value overall. Too bad check-in couldn't be earlier.

There's no front desk, the wifi was out and we had to unlock the doors with keys which is okay but none of the TVs worked at all unless I connected them to our phone. Said they would issue a discount but was charged a full amount and when I called them they blamed our booking agent when it was them that took the money not the booking agent. They offered to mail a check only after I called the booking agent and called them to ask what was up with the discount. Also choose to pay on site when we check in and was immediately charge on the card that we listed with our reservation. They also have signs in the rooms that say please don't leave negative reviews. If they have signs that say don't leave negative reviews there's already something wrong. Allegedly they're going to be doing a remod
