Recommend anyone to just commute to work, apart from the fact that your atleast 15 minutes away from a gas station, the laundry mat doesnt work, water is undrinkable even when boiled, power goes out so many times it fried my new tv, no power for extended periods of time even after a small storm, and an insane amount of lil spiny balls weeds that arnt properly managed. if you have newborns/pets i don’t recommend this place for even basic needs.

Your electrical will die… I’ve been here 1 month on on my 3rd converter. But cheapest place I’ve seen almost cheap enough to make up for it. Nice quiet place other than you might or might not have electricity

Your camper’s electrical will not survive this campground. Didn’t stay here long, anytime it’s windy or a minor storm comes through it sends a power surge throughout the campground frying every electrical system connected to it. Does not matter if you have surge protection or not

Great place to stay for that west Texas country feel. My wife and I stayed in the area for about 3 weeks and had no problems. The owner and staff were extremely nice, and helpful. On the 2nd week we had a plumbing pipe break in our RV and Oscar was right there to lend a helping hand and get us back to running condition. (THANKS OSCAR!!) Make sure you stop by on your way threw Midland area !

I have been here for over 6 months and it's a great location and the land lord does not RIP you off what so ever. Electric is included where majority places charges on top of the rent. Water , garbage, wy-fi "public so it doesnt work that well". There is no security deposit , most my experience working in the Permian basin for 5 yr. Most landlords keep the security deposit. Park owner is very hospitable and does not steal your money or charge extra. He will work with you as long as your honest. I strongly feel these past reviews were discruntal tenants that just dint like the location. It is about 20 miles from town but only 10 min from the gas plant were building. So if your job site is close I definitely recommend. Only need to go to town a couple times a week, it saves money and keeps y
