Ramada by Wyndham Lewiston Hotel & Conference Center

We pulled in around 8:00pm, front doors completely blocked by parked cars. No one at desk checking in? Where the heck were the drivers? Carpets are/were very dirty, they very much need a good shampoo! Toilet ran and ran and ran after flushing. Was running when we entered the room. NO HOT WATER! Tempid at very best, no showers for us that day, thank the hotel. Rooms are very dated, but obvious attempts to dress it up. Failed, sorry. Won't return.

I chose this hotel simply as it was closest to my granddaughter who lives in Lisbon. It far exceeded my expectations. The owner/manager Gobind Singh Sangha, his wife and their entire staff were extremely friendly and helpful. My room and the whole facility was immaculately clean. They soon will have a restaurant/bar. For now, they directed me to several nearby places to eat and my refrigerator was large enough to stock basics. The value for price was top-notch. It will be where I always stay when visiting this region.

Positive: Nothing Negative: Everything was closed for renovation, the hallways were colder than lt was outside, the toilet despenser was falling off the wall, and the TV remote didn't work..... worst experience we have had at a hotel. It's sad because this used to be a nice hotel!

My stay at the Ramada was quite enjoyable. Rooms are spacious and clean. They are bringing the hotel back to its grandeur with many updates. I give the staff an A+ wonderful customer service. Always a greeting from the staff whenever paths are crossed. I would definitely recommend the Ramada Inn 100%. Thank you for a nice getaway.

We are travel nurses and my wife had booked a room for 2 nights, the first night was fine the second night she got off work at 11pm went to the motel and her key to get in didn’t work. Nobody around she beat on the doors called different numbers with no answer I called the reservation number spoke with a very nice woman and she tried calling multiple numbers with not one answer. My wife had to work the next morning at 630 am so she slept in her truck in the parking lot. How are you going to run a business and this to happen. Worst motel. Not even sure if we will get refunded. Bad business
