Perfect place to sleep, right off the highway. Clean beds/room. Bed was soft as well as the pillows. AC was cold. Friendly service , they were very accommodating with early check in . Pet friendly as well. I stayed in their hotel across the street without the casino and it was very quiet no issues.

The room was clean, the carpets are squishy soft. The bed was really wonderful. My son described it, "he slept on a marshmallow!" For hotel guests it includes free coffee tea soda water and cookies! The other thing was the rooms are extremely quiet! The indoor pool was clean and the hot tub water was crystal clear!

This was a disappointing trip. We were only there Friday through Sunday. We left early Saturday morning and returned late Saturday night to find our room had not been serviced. They did immediately bring fresh towels and emptied the trash, but it was sure disappointing. The big selling point is the indoor pool. We really like the pool, but the temperature in the pool was 73. Way too cold for adults. Only the kids were brave enough. At this price point in ELY, I did not expect to have our room not serviced and the pool not heated. The hot tub was nice. The room had been updated since our last stay. The toilet was now a reasonable height. the area where the toilet is located is so tight you cannot sit down and then close the door. At least with the new toilets, you c

I have zero reasons not to give this spot 5 stars. It's an older facility, but they have absolutely made the most of it. The rooms are clean and well kept, the beds new and comfortable, the staff friendly and helpful, and the location extremely convenient for travelers on their way through town. Don't expect The Ritz, mind you. This is definitely a small town hotel. But for what it is, and for what you pay, I couldn't possibly ask for more.

I loved everything about this quirky place aside from that the shower water was ice cold and housekeeping came knocking at 9am, but both of those things are very important to me. Hot water is basic, and leaving me with peace and quiet until my designated checkout time in the room that I paid for is mandatory. So that knocks my rating down to a 3.
