Ramada by Wyndham Cleveland Airport West

Room was dirty, floor didn't look vacuumed and probably has never been mopped. We had to walk around the room with shoes on otherwise socks would get sticky and filthy. Only 1 bath towel, and if you needed a new towel you HAD exchange your dirty one to the front desk. No extra toilet paper, just what was on the roll. Soaps in the shower were empty. No microwave in the room, only communal microwave in lobby. Breakfast was lacking to say the least, food was cold. Wait time for staff at the front desk was minimum 10 minutes consistently and had to ring the bell mutiple times even though staff was in the office next to the desk. We requested no room service but we're told they had to come and look in our room on the 2nd day.

The air conditioner is so noisy, when someone walking at the corridor you can hear the foot step, the door is hard to close, the bed is not in good condition! The TV remote is not control properly, one night bulbs is not working, the front desk clerk is not always attentive even you ring the bell!

Positive: Nothing. Not service committed or accommodating. Negative: Yes given Me a front room with My Car outside door. After requesting because of a 3 am departure. For safety reasons. I was told My room was at the rear and parking was there. I told the Clerk that I didn’t feel comfortable in the back.

⭐ 1 Star – Absolutely Terrible Experience I’ve never had a worse hotel experience. The room was dirty upon arrival ,..dusty floors, stained and worn-out towels, and an overall run-down condition. Basic cleanliness was clearly not a priority. When I raised the issue, the staff were uncooperative. The person who identified himself as “owner,” Bob Petel, told me he would not have the room cleaned because I didn’t complain within the first 20 minutes of checking in. I was actually told I would need to stay in the dirty room for three days before anything would be done. Completely unacceptable and unprofessional. Very clean. Free breakfast. Reasonable prices. Bob, the manager, was so wonderful and helpful. He went above and beyond to accommodate us in the middle of the night, when our reservation didn't show up in their system. Good location.
