Ramada by Wyndham Allentown/Bethlehem

Found hairs on the sheets that were not mine, stains on the sheets, water in the tub barely hot enough for a bath, yet water in the sink hot enough to burn you. And yet the charge a security deposit in case I go crazy. And they're supposed to be one of the better Wyndham branded hotels. I think not. Slightly better than the Microtel in Westchester that actually got shut down. This is why I usually try to just go to the Hilton but last night unfortunately I couldn't afford it. And my mom has been in the hospital. And on top of that they're gonna take forever to give me my security deposit back when my mom just got out of the hospital. I really need this money. Unreal. I will not be back. Still haven't gotten my security deposit back. Usually when I go to the Hilton, I get it back

Great staff! Very pleasant, helpful and kind! Location is a little tricky to find...rooms are clean. I found it to be very good for a one day stay.

My friends and I came to ski at Blue Mountain Resort and stayed at Ramada by Wyndham Allentown. Everything exceeded our expectations, and this would absolutely be the only place I’d stay if we return. The room was incredibly spacious and spotless. The front desk staff were exceptionally friendly and always willing to help. Breakfast was enjoyable, and the gym had all the essential equipment we needed. Most importantly, everything was offered at a great price. I would highly recommend staying here!

Positive: "" Negative: The complementary breakfast leaves a lot to be desired. Most often when we have stayed there, the eggs are quite awful. I was surprised that there are no longer bottles of water. The coffee is mediocre at best.

The location itself has beautiful views ample parking. The breakfast is self serve, and quite good, though limited. At the very good price point on offer, a limited sample of bagels, eggs, sausage patties, pancakes and some muffins are more than fair. I and my wife stayed for 180 dollars at peak busy season for the snowboarders, so 10/10 on that front. The rooms are clean and modern, with good climate control, as one would expect. The only real negatives are that The hotel is just off of a busy traffic exit, so getting is somewhat difficult. Also, the staffing is positively dollar store tier. We were told our room was ready and had to wait a solid 10 minutes to actually get directed to our room because the staff are so sparse. These minor downsides are irrelevant compared to the value p
