Rain Spirit RV Resort

Didn't stay here but I called twice with no answer and left two messages which were never returned. That told me everything I needed to know about their customer service. Update: I included the screenshot when I called two days in a row with no answer and left messages. I'd say it's a good review as I gave you over a week to perform customer service and return my calls. I can't rate anything else because you never called back for a booking. Online booking could prevent this. I think an apology is a better way to handle this.

I actually was not able to fulfill my stay due to my wallet being stolen. I spoke with GARY CLOUSTON who informed me they would not offer a refund because they have a 48 hour cancellation policy. He said he can offer a 10% discount if we go a different time but “he is not in charge of my wallet.” I asked for an exception due to these different circumstances and the fact a police report had been filed but he refused. I also stated that his comment was very insensitive to my situation due to the fact I just lost every credit card and form of payment along with my drivers license. He repeated that he is not in charge of my wallet and their policy of a 48 hour cancellation is the only way to get our money back. I told him we would not go to their facility due to his rude and insensitive

Very clean and quiet location. 1/2 mile out of old Town Cottonwood. Pool and hot tub were great. Bathrooms were in there own Casita type bldg and were new and very clean. Pool room and gathering were equally nice. We only live an hour away bur though what a nice little get away if you want hookups or visiting cottonwood or traveling in or out of Phx Valley. Viewa of Sedona. Sedona 20 mile drive....easy peasy.

We stayed here last week and loved the views and how close it is to many places. The spaces are good sized and the park is very clean. We will be back for sure!

Thoroughly enjoyed this new and affordable RV park. Sites are gravel, clean and level, picnic tables, pavers, some trees for shade. Pool was great for cooling off from the summer heat. Location was on the west side of Clarkdale, easy access, very close to Jerome. Location is so convenient to so many sights and activities.
