Very nice place to be. Family friendly and very quiet. Mr. Richard and Mrs. Marie have hearts of gold and are great Landlords. Plenty of room to roam and enjoy the quiet life while still being close to town if you need anything. My family have tons of fun all over the park and everyone is friendly. We love this park and the people here.

Best place I’ve lived at in a long time. I have been here over 5 years. I’ve never had any problems. Mr. Richard takes care of things and he won’t put up with no bull. That’s what a landlord is suppose to do. I would recommend his park to anyone.

Great place to stay! Felt like home! We planned to spend 3 days,  but ended up spending over a week because we were so comfortable.  Richard is such a welcoming host! Full timers and short term rv renters love him and his wife! The place felt safe. The ground was clean and level. Everyone was very nice and helpful. The hosts went beyond what you'd expect at a park.. they gave us a delicious pie (as a welcome) and they offer free washer and dryer for rvers use 😁....Who does that these days?? We will definitely be returning when we are in this area! This is THE place to stay if you are in the area.

We stayed in the park for 3 months. Full hook ups at a very reasonable price. Richard was downright amazing with his hospitality and willingness to help out any way he could. Richard ran a tight ship and didn't put up with any shenanigans. He would occasionally join us for supper or to shoot the breeze with neighbors around the campfire. If we were to find ourselves back in the area, you better believe we are stopping by for a visit, if not to camp for a while. Richard and Marie, his wife are salt of the earth kind of people and I am so glad we met them and became friends.

From my first contact with Richard (park owner) I was welcomed. Upon arrival Richard met us at the lot, aided in setting up our rig and later brought us a homemade strawberry pie baked fresh by Marie (his wife). Richard was also just a phone call or text away and would make regular security checks nightly. There is no shenanigans permitted here so if you are those kinds of campers I’d recommend looking elsewhere. Richard is a good Christian man and his park occupants are his flock and he cares for them as such. Neighbors were kind, one owns a food truck who opens for park folks when he returns at night. The park is basic, full hook ups, free laundry (cold water only) and no shower/bathrooms. The park is a mix of mobile homes and campers and is mostly permanent residents with a few spaces f
