Well....where to begin. I generally reserve a room with a jacuzzi because I'm a disabled veteran who needs to take warm baths. Night one, had absolutely no clue how to use the thing with it being on the wall, then the switch didn't work. Night 2, what came out of the jets was BLACK AND DISGUSTING. I can only assume nothing else is cleaned properly. Called the manager today to which he said "no one has ever complained before so I can't do anything for you". No offer for a small refund since I didnt get what I paid for. Will NEVER stay with them again. Everyone was pretty nice except the manager Raj. So this place is absolutely not recommended. And especially don't get the room with a jacuzzi unless they finally tell people how to use the stupid thing. Such a waste of money.
We travel about 260 days out of the year and this hotel is our go to hotel! The price you can’t beat and the staff have always been extremely nice and accommodating. The area yes isn’t the best, but we have never been bothered nor had an issue nor seen anyone else have issues while we were there. It’s clean, water is hot and the beds are comfortable. I’m sure you can’t please everyone but this hotel is more than worth it if you are looking for an affordable nights sleep and hot breakfast in the morning!
The staff overall were not very welcoming. They turned the lights off in the lobby around 10:30 pm on a Friday night and essentially blamed a group of 8 adults for negative reviews that the hotel had received days prior to our arrival. Further, the staff seemed completely put off when my 11 year old son asked for assistance (basically asking for quarters at the front desk) with the laundry room to dry some clothing the day of our departure. We will absolutely not being stay here again and will recommend others find alternative accommodations during our next trip to Tulsa (we typically bring between 50-60 people twice a year for multiple night stays in November and January every year for the past 10 years). We will look elsewhere for our hotel blocks in the future and spend our money where
A very good stay. Room was clean and well maintainded. Breakfast was fresh and hot. Pete at the main lobby during the day was very good help. ||The only complaint we have is the lack of help during the early morning at breakfast and the lobby desk. The young man at he lobby desk had to run the breakfast area also. Just too much for one person..
Our room with two beds was spacious and the beds were comfortable. Room temperature was perfect for us. Everything seemed clean. Bathroom was a little small but it was full-sized and had large bottles of shampoo and conditioner. We had enough towels for everyone to have one large and one small. Walls are pretty thin. We could hear every word of the people next to us in the other room. No bugs found, looks fancy.. it gets a pass from me. We personally had no issues at all.
