Quality Inn Winder

Problems with lighting was reported at check in and went unresolved through the 2 day stay. Linens on bed were improperly sized and continued to slip off mattress throughout the night. A suite was requested and paid for, however the room was nothing more than an oversized standard room. The overall cleanliness of the room was unacceptable. The smoke smell in the facility as a whole was overwhelming. The breakfast meal although clean was less than appetizing. The request to speak to the manager regarding the condition of the room and lack of advance notice regarding no elevator service went unanswered.

Room could use work. Broken shelves. Mold in shower. Comp bkfst was barely edible

The rooms are filthy. I reserved two nights but only stayed one because it was late when I arrived. There is no elevator and I’m on the second floor. The tub was dirty, the remote was sticky and gross. I would not recommend to anyone to stop there. Disgusting!

Avoid this hotel. The front desk staff was unfriendly, and the entire place had a disgusting smell. In one corner of the room, there was a single black sock that someone had worn and left behind. The towel had someone’s hair tangled in it. Even the TV didn’t work. This is the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in.

Room smelled musty/moldy, room dirty, ceiling in shower was falling apart, missing a lampshade and the remote control was so crusted with God knows what we didn't want to touch it with our bare hands. Oh, and fro t desk didn't know how to turn on the coffee machine! Not impressed at all!
