Quality Inn Waverly

I was involved in a tractor trailer accident and arrived here, since day 1 I have been treating with nothing but love caring treatment and taken care of as if I was a family member or employee. Owners/managers were very generous Mr and Mrs Patel David and Susan very good people I would highly recommend there location thank you guys for making me feel so comfortable and welcoming in your home especially when going through a downing situation. The beds are small. White stains on the red chair. Brown stain on the black chair. (We know what they are) Blood stain on wall. Water only sprays 50% out of the shower head, rest leaks through faucet. Flooring was installed wrong in the bathroom and it is bowed up. Room 111.

I'd not been back to Waverly in close to eight years, and I was so pleased with how nice and clean my room was! The staff tending to those things truly care, and it's so important, especially with hotels that could otherwise show their age. This property is one I'll return to in a heartbeat, and I thank their team!

This has been our go-to hotel for every visit to Waverly. The front desk staff are friendly and helpful. It is a slightly older hotel but is always clean and well-maintained and works well for our family. We enjoy using the pool and hot tub. I have noticed recent cosmetic updates to the lobby area so it's nice to see that they are continuing to improve the property. I believe there is only one set of connecting rooms so be sure to request that set of rooms promptly if needed. It is right next to WalMart, convenience stores and a couple of restaurants so it is very convenient for quick runs to any of those areas.

We enjoyed the cleanliness of the hotel, but wanted to flag gym and sauna access hours at all and as feedback for management. We expect to use hotel gyms during travel and early access (at min 6:00 AM) is standard. Not allowing gym access until 8:00 AM makes a morning workout before the workday or long car travel nearly impossible, especially with a small room. This strongly affects where we choose to stay. We’d happily return if hours were adjusted.
