Quality Inn Warsaw near Rappahannock River

Bathroom was dirty. Snot and hair on the walls. No shampoo even though I mentioned it twice. The receptionist went to McDonald's during the hours i needed to checkout. People working there were nice and really helpful. The front desk needs a little improvement on the hospitality aspect.

I will not be returning to this property. I’m extremely disappointed with the “Quality” of this hotel. Just to name a few things Room 202 + 209: Phone in room was broken Tv was defaulted to Korean language - hotel rep could not fix it Blinds broken on window KING room was booked first 2 nights and was given 2 Double beds Rooms both had odors I was told I did not have to switch rooms on the 3rd night - well that was a lie. Requested Room to be cleaned when I went out - totally ignored. Breakfast was not fresh I will be escalating this to corporate.

We checked in late around 1am on Saturday morning and booked 2 nights. We had a grocery bag full of food that could not be left out...steaks, salad, dressing, cheese and frozen bread. We were given a nightly rate, signed for 2 nights stay and went to our room for the night. Got up late and visited a winery and shops that day in the area. Upon returning around 430pm, our room key would not work. We were told our stuff had been packed up and left on a cart behind the check in. Needless to say it was not neat and all our food was room temperature. We were not called or notified of anything happening during the day. No manager has been available to talk to us this week and we received no receipt for booking. Poor establishment to kick someone out that has booked their stay only to say our roo

I really enjoyed my room. It was very quiet and clean I got a goodnight rest before having to drive eight hours home and the attendant and the guest was really nice and helpful cause I was new to the area. Everyone look out for me as I unload my car cause it was dark. So I have to said it was a really great experience so if you get a chance or go that way stop in and spend the night. They also have breakfast. Thank you guys at the Quality Inn in Warsaw

I had two rooms. One room had roaches crawling around and crickets jumping in the room. There was a loud ongoing noise when you turned on the shower. The other room had a bucket under AC to catch the water. Definitely not what was represented on the photos. Won’t be staying here again. Wasn’t offered discount or anything on the room
