Great value for the price! The rooms definitely aren't perfect; some of the fixtures in the bathroom were improperly installed and our room AC was missing a filter, but the room itself was very clean and spacious. The front desk staff were phenomenal! The check in process took maybe 15 seconds and the woman behind the desk was professional, kind, and informative. Overall a great option if you are looking for a basic room in Farmville on a budget.

Our room was gross. Walls were ill patched and painted over, rusted hinges, broken trim was re-screwed back on the wall. The tub was PAINTED. The bathroom door didn’t close and was painted over huge spots that may have been holes filled in? I didn’t want to take my shoes off. There were no hangers. The outside door was meant to open with a key card, but the door wasn’t locked. The fire door inside didn’t close either. Totally unacceptable condition of the room.

A very tired building in a area of Farmville that is being passed by. The bolt lock in the room door did not work, the bathroom door barely fit in the door frame, the blackout curtain was not large enough to cover the whole window. The building itself "looked tired" and well past a refurbishment. The hotel really should shut down for 2-3 months, get a much needed facelift and re open. Not likely to return. I will say, on a positive note, the front desk lady was very nice.

Not very handicapped accessible there's no elevator, only stairs. TV didn't work called the front desk and waited all night for someone to come fix it and no one came after calling several times. The bathtub was Gross. If I could give zero stars I would and I never give zero or one I'm all about trying to help and support business but I'm not happy with my stay at all.

Bathroom door did not close and the tub in the 1st room they gave us was awful! It looked very dirty and peeling. They gave us a different room and the door to the room didn’t close all the way. The bathroom door closed but the tub was only slightly better. No hangers in the room, breakfast eggs were cold. The coffee was great and the gals at the front desk were amazing.
